wonderful stay near the cathedral

The location was amazing. I found myself within easy walking distance of the main attractions. the front desk was staffed 24 hours a day. the staff was kind, always ready to assist and offer helpful recommendations. the communication was also good before i arrived. the check-in process was seamless and efficient.
the room was a bit smaller than i expected, and i wished there had been more space to properly organize my luggage.

the staff were friendly and helpful i found this to be the case throughout my stay. the location was also great it was close to many key attractions.
the room was quite small and i struggled to organize my luggage. it listed clothes racks but i could not find them in the room it was a bit disappointing.

the room felt cramped and lacked essential amenities. advertised clothes racks and an iron were absent. the limited hours for terrace use were also disappointing.. i found it INCONVENIENT, especially because space for luggage was scarce.
